A major additional benefit is the active hydrophobicity that helps repels water, stains, contaminants, while the self clean capability will preserve the matte finish. Typically, auto window tint is applied to interior glass surfaces of a vehicle. However, the process can start on the outside where the window tint is cut and trimmed for a customized fit. Once all the prep work is finished, the tint is transferred to the inside.
